My podcast and newsletter offer stories, guidance, and honest advice so you can cut through the noise and hype and feel confident you're planning well.
My travel advising work has been featured in AFAR, The Cut, The New York Times, Vanity Fair Italia, and The Wall Street Journal. Barron's named me a Worldwise Travel Entrepreneur.
Here are three ways I can help you plan your Italy trip

Italy Destination Deep Dives
Destination Deep Dives are on-demand, masterclass-style sessions that give you a complete, thoughtfully curated look at popular Italian destinations, including detailed itineraries, tours, restaurants, and day trips you can easily adapt to your own dates.
They are designed to eliminate overwhelm, help you plan confidently, and save you from hours of scrolling through generic recommendations or algorithm-driven “top 10” lists that don’t fit your values or travel style. Instead of guessing, you work from a selective, expert framework that helps you choose what’s genuinely worth your time.
Florence: Available February 6
Matera: Available February 23
*Before Deep Dives are ready for sale, they are premiered to paid subscribers of my podcast. Join us on January 22, 2026, at 8 PM ET for the Venice Destination Deep Dive.

![[SWIPE to see all the slides]Jenny’s art retreat is about what happens when you move through Italy with a sketchbook in your hands instead of a phone.
This is the fourth installment, happening May 2026. Days unfold slowly: sunsets become classrooms, dinners become scenes you can’t not sketch. In Paestum, our local guide becomes a muse, then a subject, then a friend. At a Michelin-starred restaurant, a waiter bursts out laughing when he realizes half the table has been drawing him all evening. Suddenly, everyone is part of the story.
Yellow tomatoes seem to vibrate with life when you’re really looking. Cannoli filled with buffalo-milk ricotta exist only here, in this one place, demanding your full attention. Long lunches turn into art sessions. Pages are turned. Sketchbooks are swapped. Growth becomes visible, and celebrated.
Home base is the beautiful Borgo La Pietraia. And when you see the temples of Paestum rise out of the dark, lit against the night, you will know that something in you has shifted. This is the kind of week where Italy, your sketchbook, and your inner world start speaking to each other because you finally have the space to listen.
