For Trip Consultations and Trip Audits, the fee is non-refundable within 24 hours of your appointment. If you can't make it because of a last-minute problem, we can reschedule for another time.
For Bespoke Trip Planning, the refund window for all your bookings will be provided once we create your customized itinerary. The planning fee is non-refundable, but if the trip needs to be delayed, the paid fee will apply to the new dates.
